Ian Prichard | Broker Associate | CRS, GRI, MRP, ABR, e-Pro

As Ian’s famous countryman, Winston Churchill is reported to have said, ‘We make a living by what we get but we make a life by what we give’. These words sum up Ian’s life mission. A life dedicated to help others in their aspiration to live well; to personal growth and to live a better life.  Nothing is more important in Real Estate, than listing to and realizing the aspirations of his clients.

Ian has been involved in the real estate industry for many years.  Captivated with a desire to help people move successfully towards financial freedom and security, he started as a loan officer.  Ian continued, and enhanced this aspiration, when he switched over to being a Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®; is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI); a Military Relocation Professional (MRP); an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and ePro specialist (e-Pro).

Ian has worked in the conferencing industry during which time he traveled the world. He has built businesses, started charitable works and has been involved in pastoral work both in England and in the United States.

Ian established the work of LifeChange International, a work that exists to transform the lives and living conditions of children and adults around the world. LifeChange works with street children in Uganda and the Philippines; builds homes for impoverished families in Mexico, and is involved in Europe, areas in the Middle East and here at home. Ian coached high school soccer in Highlands Ranch, CO for many years; enjoys skiing with his family (ask him about hitting a tree at high speed!) and is an avid Bronco’s fan.

He lives out his faith in God through his honesty, character and integrity and by seeking to be an encouragement to others on a daily basis. Originally from England, Ian has lived in California and Illinois before settling in Denver, Colorado in 1999. He is married to Susan (a US native) and has three sons.
