Holly Payne

I have been an integral team member of The Matthias Group since 1999 and I have worked in Real Estate since 1994.  I offer experience, dedication and a profound loyalty to my clients as well as to the Real Estate industry. I have obtained my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation along with the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation to enhance my client experience. My goal is to provide my clients with both a professional and unmatchable business service while at the same time offering a personal home-buying experience.

My career in Real Estate began as a teenager in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I worked for my parents who owned and operated a Real Estate & Property Management Company. I earned both a B.A. degree in Education and a minor in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 1994. I subsequently moved to Nebraska at which point I obtained my Real Estate license and joined the team of one of the top Real Estate agents in Omaha, Nebraska.  This was the beginning of my rewarding career in Real Estate. After spending four years in Omaha I relocated to Denver, Colorado with my husband.  Since relocating I have continued a successful career in Real Estate.

My husband, Simon, is the departmental chief of the Obstetrics and Gynecology office at the Kaiser Arapahoe Medical clinic. I have two wonderful children, Ally and Brandt. I spend free time volunteering at my children’s schools and serve on numerous neighborhood committees.

My passion is my family and Real Estate.   I truly thank the many families that I have had the privilege of working with and I take great pride in seeing my clients enjoy their new homes.  I hope to help many more families and individuals with purchasing their dream homes.
